Welding & Robot Welding Cell
Our welding operations bring together the skill of our certified team, proficient in manual MIG, MAG and TIG processes, with the efficiency of our dual MIG and MAG robot welding cell. This combined capability allows us to deliver precise, consistent and high‑quality welds across both bespoke and high‑volume production, all carried out in accordance with the appropriate Welding Procedure Specifications and supported by experienced programmers and weld inspectors who ensure accuracy and reliability throughout every project.
CNC Tube Manipulation and Profiling
Our approach to CNC tube processing brings together advanced manipulation and precise profiling across multiple machines, giving us the flexibility and production resilience needed for both routine and technically demanding projects. We carry out stack bending and rolling with accuracy, supported by calibration methods and extensive experience that allow us to achieve multiple bend radii within a single component. Tubes are typically profiled before bending, although we can also profile components after bending when the design requires it. Working with tube sizes from 19 to 89 millimetres, we deliver consistent, high quality results tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Surface Preparation and Powder Coating
Surface preparation plays an essential role in our finishing process, and we offer a range of methods including grit blasting to SA 2.5 standards to create an ideal base for subsequent coatings. Using advanced equipment and controlled techniques, we ensure each surface is thoroughly cleaned and optimised for strong adhesion, enhancing coating performance and extending product lifespan. Building on this foundation, our powder coating services use zinc‑enriched primers and premium powders from Akzo Nobel, supported by rigorous testing such as one thousand hour salt spray resistance, as well as checks for coating thickness, gloss levels and adhesion. With a wide selection of colours available, we deliver durable, high quality finishes that maintain their appearance and protection over time.
CNC Plate Cutting and Forming
CNC plate work forms another key part of our manufacturing capability, combining accurate plate cutting with versatile in‑house forming to support both straightforward and highly intricate component designs. Using advanced CNC cutting technology, we process a wide range of materials up to 20 millimetres thick, delivering precise results that meet detailed design requirements. Alongside this, our extensive forming equipment, including press brakes and power presses, enables us to shape complex plate components with confidence. For high volume production, our press tooling expertise allows multiple forming operations to be completed efficiently, ensuring consistent and finely detailed finished parts for demanding applications.
High Quality Materials
Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing materials directly from the mill, ensuring we use the finest European steel available. We maintain a fully traceable supply chain, accompanied by mill certification, allowing us to guarantee the integrity of every batch we use. With approximately 50,000 metres of tube in stock, we avoid erratic market behaviour to provide a verified and consistent supply of high-quality steel to meet the rigorous demands of our clients’ projects.
